This Privacy Policy describes how HomePlan: AI Interior Design ("the App", "we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use the App.

Information We Process

When you use the room redesign feature, the App may process the following:

• Photos you choose to scan
• An anonymous device identifier used to enforce scan limits and basic abuse prevention
• Purchase and subscription status information provided by Apple and, if enabled later, RevenueCat
• Room redesign results you choose to save locally on your device

How We Use Information

We use this information only to:

• Generate AI room redesign results from your selected room photo
• Enforce free, image pack, and monthly plan limits
• Restore and manage purchase or subscription access
• Provide customer support when you contact us

AI Processing

If you use the AI redesign feature, your selected room photo is sent through our service for AI image generation. This processing is used only to generate the redesign result. Please do not upload sensitive, personal, or unrelated photos.

Local Storage

Saved room redesigns, recent usage data, and certain app preferences may be stored locally on your device. We do not require you to create an account to use the App.

Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services that process limited information on our behalf, including:

• Replicate or other AI providers used to generate redesign images
• RevenueCat, for future subscription management and purchase restoration if enabled
• Apple, for in-app purchases and App Store services

Data Retention

We aim to minimize data collection. Saved redesigns remain on your device unless you delete them. Backend usage-limit records and technical logs may be retained only as long as needed for abuse prevention, service reliability, and legal compliance.

Your Choices

• You can decline AI consent and choose not to use the room redesign feature
• You can revoke AI consent later in the App settings
• You can delete saved redesigns from within the App
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
